Description
SYBR® Green Blue qPCR Mix is a 2X concentrated real-time quantitative PCR premix solution that is mixed with a blue sample loading indicator and a universal ROX. It does not require adjusting the ROX concentration for different instruments, making it easy to operate. The innovative hot start mechanism can reduce the interference of primer dimer and other secondary products on the reaction, significantly improve the specificity and amplification efficiency of quantitative PCR, and obtain a wider range of quantitative amplification. Using a new enhancer, the fluctuation of PCR efficiency for various target fragments can be controlled within a minimum range, and repeated freeze-thaw has little effect on the amplification performance. This product is perfectly compatible with common quantitative PCR instruments, such as ABI, Roche, Bio-Rad, etc.

The Power Green qPCR Mix utilizes an antibody-modified hot-start Taq DNA polymerase to enhance the specificity of the reaction, ensuring the accuracy of gene quantification analysis. Specially optimized, this product allows for the preparation of the reaction system without the need for an ice box, and can be directly prepared at room temperature with components such as PCR Mix, primers, and templates. The prepared PCR reaction system can be kept at room temperature for 24 hours without changing the amplification efficiency, ensuring the stability of the workbench for large-scale testing.
